Shipping Policy

Anaqa provides shipping for world wide customers

Orders taken place in the USA

~Shipped through USPS or UPS typically taking 3-5 days to deliver
~Orders taken place Monday - Friday before 3pm Eastern Time are shipped same day, any orders after that time are shipped the next day
~Orders taken place Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following Monday

International orders 

~Shipped through both USPS, UPS or Fed ex  typically taking 5 - 8 business days to deliver 
~Orders are shipped same day or next day for all 7 days of the week
~ Any custom charges are out of our control, we try to prevent this by making custom shipments, however please be aware that these charges do not come from us but are from the shipping carriers and that some areas require this. Thank you for understanding!
